No, absolutely not. We keep ZERO logs on connections and usage. Your billing details in your client portal are the only items saved for your subscription management of FalconEye VPN. All data locally is encrypted at-rest to a secure AWS database. When and how often you access our VPN services - we have no idea. The logs inside of our VPN servers simply do not exist and are purged real-time to prevent any connection or usage logs from any of our members. We strive to provide military-grade encryption.
Law Enforcement
We do not store or maintain any usage, connection, or bandwidth data for any of our customers. Logs are purged real-time from all connection servers across FalconEye Networks. While we adhere to all legal requests sent our way, we simply are unable to supply any login data, VPN usage data, connection data, or anything in-between as it simply does not exist in the way our infrastructure is configured. All law enforcement and legal requests sent to us are responded with: "FalconEye Networks LLC stores no user access data or any connection/usage logs to our VPN services to assist in your investigation. While we maintain a database of customers for billing purposes, their usage of our services is anonymous and is not in any way linked to our billing system. FalconEye Networks LLC communicates directly with these servers to monitor system uptime and performance remotely and ensure all system patches are applied."
